How do I choose a print method?
Match the label stock to your printer’s supported process. This prototype distinguishes direct thermal, thermal transfer and office sheet printing; confirm the final specification with the manufacturer.
What should I check before buying rolls?
Check printable width, core size, maximum roll diameter, gap or black-mark sensing, winding direction and the exact printer variant. Thermal-transfer jobs also need a matching ribbon.
Why is print quality poor?
Check the media profile, ribbon pairing and manufacturer cleaning instructions. If alignment is wrong, consult the calibration procedure for your exact model.
Can I request samples or repairs?
